Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update. After verification with the carrier, we will reship your order.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed package

The customer is responsible for the reshipping fee. Reshipping will not occur until the additional shipping fee has been paid.


All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been placed and processed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.
