Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our beauty products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, please email:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

If approved, we will either:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue store credit at our discretion

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can assist with a carrier investigation.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide proof of delivery and communication.
